Perfect for laundry runs We moved to a rental that has a laundry room a bit of a distance away and due to the moving and all sorts of extra dusty closet items to wash I was hauling pillowcasesfull all the way for days and having to haul them right back because there weren't machines available! I actually lost 5 pounds that week and had no reason to want to do that. I needed a solution and someone suggested one of those carts that are often used for a couple of grocery bags but I didn't want something that small and with a metal basket. Amazon being my default mode for research and shopping I found this beach cart and read the reviews. I worried about the wheels since one reviewer said she irreparably broke one trying to put it on and couldn't use the cart. My husband put the wheels on after I warned him about some tab breaking off and he had no problem. I love the big wheels on the back and this cart is so lightweight that it is a pleasure to use. Even loaded with laundry it is light and easy. I still worry about the wheels coming off with regular use which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. But I love this cart and hope to get years of service out of it. I've never seen a better more perfect cart for the purpose.
Worked great on the beach I used this on the Texas gulf coast. This typically means you have to do some walking to take the trail over the sand dunes and even more walking to get to your spot on the beach.The car handled great! I love it! No more trying to juggle all our stuff in my arms carrying down to the beach. I was able to put a fair amount of sand toys in it a small cooler and two backpacks into it.To get across the sand both soft and hard I found it was easier just to pull the cart instead of pushing it. I definitely had to pull it going uphill both ways through soft sand to get over the dunes.Compared to the old way of hand carrying all of our stuff this carts is completely awesome. It handles mild abuse quite well.To clean it during our stay I just shook the sand off.
Perfect for the beach! We have a large family and need lots of beach gear. I have had a roller cart for several years that has had difficulty rolling in the deep sand. This new cart has wide wheels that goes over the sand much better.
Love it It's easy to open and fold. It holds lots of stuff. I look forward to using it for years to come. Would totally recommend.
DianaIv I got this and the back part pockets was upside down could not use it. You have to use real small chairs and the beach boards did not fit..also taking it on the sand..that was a workout. Wheels are not fat enought..great idea dont work for what they say it would work for.
Aparment Living and Great Cart We have had this cart for nearly 5 months now and we love it. We are on the fourth floor of an apartment and when we park our car we are close to 200 yards of walking distance to our apartment. We are also less than 1/2 mile to the grocery store. Further we take it with us when driving to go shopping. It folds very easily and goes in the trunk and it holds a large number of grocery bags items from shopping etc. Each time we use it we look at ourselves and say what a great decision.I cannot speak to the reviews about the beach sand because I live in Ohio but as far a using it to transport stuff from your car or to and from the grocery store this is a terrific cart and I would hightly recommend it.
Broke before I could even get it put together Directions were vague but I did my best to follow them carefully. When installing the front small wheels a plastic tab broke off as I tried to push the wheels on. This happened on both front wheels. Now wheels won't stay on. Cheap plastic and poor directions = returning and will keep looking for something better.
Wish I had found it sooner I used this beach cart just a week ago. It made the walk to the beach so much easier.I am 72 years old and by the time I carried all the beach gear by hand I was worn out. I do wish I had the cart all these years of beach going. A very useful item.
