Pail & Shovel I bought this pail and shovel to take to the beach with us on vacation. My 2 year old son loved it! He loved the faces on the shovel and pail. The faces made them much more fun. He is still too small to really swim in the ocean but he still had a blast playing in the sand.
CUTE CUTE CUTE I bought this for my 8 month old baby boy and he loves playing with it even though his sandbox we ordered for him isn't in just yet. He has been putting little blocks and toys in it and beating on it with the shovel it comes with. It's made very durable and the paint does not chip off at all and I don't think it ever will. Melissa and Doug stuff is so cute but pricy but this was well worth the money.
Cute Sturdy Bucket I love the line of beach toys. This pail is made of heavy plastic and is very strong and sturdy. I originally purchased it to serve as an ice bucket at my son's beach themed first birthday. We have since used it at the beach. Unlike the inexpensive plastic pails sold at beach stores this one will last for years to come. I plan on purchasing more toys from this line.

A Great Value The Clicker Crab pail and shovel set is so cute! I remember when pails were simply nice colors with the special ones having small specks of glitter. This pail has character really! and is thick enough to withstand heavy loads of sand or water. The shovel is also very durable and does not bend under pressure. It is easy for my toddler to grip on to. I recommend this shovel and pail set to anyone that is looking for both quality and fun.**I received this shovel and pail set to review. Cute but the shovel is hard to use This is a supercute superbright pail which my daughter LOVES. It seems very durable too. My only problem with it is that the scoop design makes it really hard to shovel sand. The edges of the scoop/shovel are raised the little crab's claws on either side of it and that makes it really hard to push into the sand.Still it's a nice toy simple and fun.
Cute & Fun! The Melissa and Doug Sunnypatch beach toys and totes were a huge hit with kids and grownups at a recent family beach party. Cute clever and sturdy.

Leave the batteries out Better for pretending than doing. My daughter likes to pretend she's on a laptop like mommy or daddy. But the graphics are horrible. She's mastered many games on the iPod touch though.Any activity on this would involve the game of guessing what those black and white dots are supposed to represent.For the parents the music is loud annoying and doesn't shut off for several minutes after the child has walked away from the toy.The durability is good unfortunately.
Fun so far. I bought this for my son's second birthday. While he is a bit young for this toy he loves to turn it on and press the keyboard. He doesn't quite understand how to point and click the mouse yet but it is a good distraction when he wants to play with our computer. My nephews were over and they are 4 and 7 and they loved it. I do like the fact that I can go online for more activities but I don't like that you have to go online to see the report card. That should be available without going online.

WRONG PRODUCT Reviewing different laptops I finally chose this one for my 21 month old son BUT when I recieved it it wasn't the preschool one the one thats pictured just the normal tote and go cheaper and fewer activities. I'm sure it's a great product and I'll review again once I get the correct laptop but just make sure if you're paying $41.99 you get the laptop worth $41.99 and not the $14$16 one.
My son just plays with my tablet. My son plays with my Acer tablet all the time and I have apps for him. We received this toy as a present recently. It does not compare to the tablet graphics/ease of use/and versatility.Tablets are much more pricey. But I wanted one for myself and as a huge bonus he loves it as well.If you want to invest in a tablet for yourself I suggest getting some apps for you toddler and skip type of purchase.Preschool monkey lunchbox app is awesome.
Constant Annoying Melody Music In The Background Playing I bought this and the pink one at a Black Friday sale. Once it was turned on the volume had to be adjusted. It was still loud so I placed my hand over it to lower the volume. I'am going to try to lower it with a little clear tape. This has been a success in the past when I placed some tape on other toys. Other reviewers are correct about the screen being too dark and small. My biggest complaint is the melody that plays during activities that cannot be shut off. It is annoying and I feel that my grandkids will become distracted by it while they are learning the activities. I talked with an agent at VTech but she was not helpful much in correcting the problem.If somene knows how to turn the constant music playing off please let me know if there's an option to do this.

was expecting more i got this toy for both my children for christmas. one is 4 and the other is 2. i didn't expect my daughter to be able to do much with it as she is younger. but i expected it to occupy my son for a lot longer then it did. was very disappointed with it. looks cute and great but just doesn't seem to have a big enough screen and would be better at catching my children's attention if it were not black and white on the screen.
Still using it 3 years later My daughter has been using this for three years. It really goes through batteries so we use rechargables with it. It isnt very pretty but I wanted a gender neutral one for use with second baby and this seemed like the best option.
NOT QWERTY KEYBOARD I love this computer for my 3 year old son. He seems to have a lot of fun playing with it. I do feel that the screen is not the best but once you get used to it it really is fine. I also love that the mouse is attached so he cant misplace it. My biggest complaint is that they created a computer without a QWERTY keyboard. My son is pretty proficient in using the keyboard for our computer hence he knows the correct placement of the keys. He does struggle with this one becasue he is constantly looking in the wrong place for the letters.This day and age kids are learning to use a computer at such a young age I dont understand why a manufactuerer would not have the qwerty keyboard in place.

Happy Birthday Boy I could not have anticipated my grandson's delight when the tent was set up he had just started walking and was giddy getting in and out of it. It's not so big that it takes over a room if you set it up inside. The tent comes with a nylon bag for easy transporting and can be set up within minutes.
Great Purchase This was a game change for us. We took our grandaughte 9 months old with us to Aruba. She took every nap on the beach. Instead of sitting in our room we were able to enjoy our vacation. Very easy to put up and take down.
Tested positive for lead We were very pleased with the item until my husband saw my daughter chewing on one of the frame pieces and decided to use an athome lead test to test it. Sure enough it tested positive for lead! Not acceptable.
great for the beach Bought this to use at the beach with our new little one. Works well. YOu do have to weight it down with something other than baby! when she's not in it. Also a towel draped over makes it nice and dark for napping.
Great for the beach! I wasn't sure if my 4monthold would like this tent but when we brought it to the beach he liked playing in it and even took a couple naps in it. It's very easy to set up.
Does not tip over! Believe me he has tried! I don't know why people believe this tent tips over. My son has triedand triedand tried from all sides! It holds its own very well against my toddler. We use it inside as a little play tent and he loves it. He will drag his toys inside and play. I put a blanket at the bottom which may be why it doesn't tip over and he will sit in there for quite some time.
play tent This tent was exactly what we needed to take on vacation. It set up fairly quickly and the baby really was protected from sun and wind at the beach. There was enough room for even my daughter in law to sit in and feed baby.
Fast Shipping Came in two days! I purchased this tent for my 7 month old daughter for a camping trip we were going on. I didn't know how much shade from the sun there would be at the campsite so it was important to me that the tent be SPF treated lightweight breathable and also keep the bugs out at night which all turned out to be true. She played with her toys in there and took naps too and I am still using the tent for her in the yard while I garden. I guess it just depends on the child my cousin put her 8 month old daughter in and she instantly pushed the front screen open which is attached by velcrow tabs however my daughter loves her tent.
Get another one!!! The poles bent when I was putting it together. I have since seen tents that are easier to put together with one pull of a string. This is easy to store in the bag they give you. But I wouldn't recommend this product.
Easy to assemble This product seems very durable. We have not used it yet but took it out of the box and assembled it. I was disappointed to see that there is NO padding in this.

Much smaller than it looks This was a durable cool toy but was much smaller than the description and photo made it seem. We purchased it for a beach/sand box toy and it doesn't scoop much.
Best Excavator! My 3 year old son loves construction trucks and is always digging with then in the sand or dirt. This is by far the best excavator I've purchased. It has rubbery wheels ans is easy to move around it is a nice durable plastic and all the movable parts makes this a fun toy.
Great Quality Bulldozer was smaller than expected but the quality is great. It is not an inexpensive toy but my son loves it and I have confidence that it will stay in one piece. My son did manage to remove some parts but they can be easily reattached.
Loader A very nice and durable toy. Soft rubber tires movable parts plenty to do easy to clean. Woudl recomend.

Light up ball This ball works ok but I thought it would be better. We bought it to play with in the pool at night. It does look cool when it lights up but sometimes you really have to slam it hard on the water to get it to work. I wish it would light up more easily.
Stars and stripes Cool product. I ordered 2 one keeps going flat the other one hasnt lost any air over 3 weeks. Inconsistent.
LightUp Beach Ball Ball works well and grandson loves it. It must be a dark room in order for the light to really light up the ball or use it outdoors at night. It has been used a lot I guess an average of 10 minutes per day and it is still going.
Not satisfied at all. This lightup ball did not worked at all. I threw him already in the garbage.After we blew him up we heard something loose when we shaked with the ball.
terrible We bought this ball for a friend. Within 20 mins it busted. It was make of really cheap plastic and the light didn't work. A total waste of money. The concept is nice and fun but this particular product is just cheap and awful.
Great for Night Time Fun! I was slightly suspicious when my friend started raving about her light up beach ball. Often light up sporting goods do not live up to expectations. She had people over for a pool party and brought this out once the sun went down.
More fun than a regular beach ball This beach ball is great for night time pool volleyball as well as just bouncing around in the dark. It lights up when hit and flashes for a few seconds thereafter.

Fun for kids We had a girls sleepover and had a lot of fun in the pool with this after dark. It is easy to blow up and works pretty well. A few times we had to hit it harder to make the flasher work but it added a lot of fun to the pool games.
